Pertinent Policies
PRICE LIST AND COSTING MODEL: WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits course cost is $274, which includes a $50 nonrefundable registration fee, $90 exam, $25 online examination fee, and $109 tuition.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Students will be responsible for paying tuition and fees, following all rules and regulations set forth by the catalog of the Southern California School of Whisk(e)y & other spirits (SCSW). Payments should be made by credit card or cash. Exceptions may be made for checks, but enrollment will not be complete until check clears.
REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS: In the event of a cancelation on the part of the school, the student will be refunded all money, including the non-refundable registration fee.
If the student cancels prior to 7 days before the course date begins, they will be refunded all money, except the $50 non-refundable registration fee.
If the student cancels after 7 days before the course date begins, they will be refunded tuition only.
REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS: Use the Order Notes space on the Checkout page to confidentially disclose any special educational needs or disabilities which might require reasonable adjustments during the course and examination.
PREREQUISITES: Students must be at least 21 years old. Level 1 has no other prerequisites.
